Returns – European Union (Physical Products)
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt to request a return.
- Eligibility: item unused, intact, and in original packaging.
- For artworks: not framed, displayed, altered, or exposed to humidity, sunlight, or odors.
- Proof of purchase required.

- Returns must be sent to France. Address provided after approval.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund: product price + initial standard shipping costs, to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Returns – Rest of the World (Physical Products)
- Deadline: 14 days from delivery.
- Eligibility: item unused, intact, and in original packaging.
- For artworks: must be returned in perfect condition and properly protected for shipping.
- Proof of purchase required.
- To initiate a return: contact contact@ondinedeperetti.com. Address provided after approval.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund: product price only (initial shipping costs not refundable), refunded to original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Online Video Courses / Digital Content
- Cooling-off period: 14 days from purchase if the content has not been accessed.
- Once the course has been started: no refund is possible.

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Custom, promotional, or gift card items are non-refundable.
